I have a busy schedule. How much time do I need to commit each day?
We understand the demands of life. The daily activities are designed to be flexible, requiring about 20-30 minutes of your time each day. Creating space for these rituals is an act of self-love, promoting inner peace and well-being. If you miss a day or decide to do it every second or third day, that will also work. Trust your inner compass to guide you.
